The HERO-HEALTH Joint Master’s Programme envisions a world where complex humanitarian crises and public health challenges are addressed through integrated, interdisciplinary, and inclusive approaches.

In an era defined by climate change, pandemics, displacement, and environmental disruption, the programme promotes a One Health perspective, recognizing the inseparable link between human, animal, and environmental health.

Its vision is to contribute to the development of a new generation of professionals capable of designing sustainable, evidence-based, and globally coordinated responses to emerging health and humanitarian threats.

The mission of HERO-HEALTH is to deliver a world-class, interdisciplinary and experiential learning environment, combining academic excellence with real-world application.

Through international collaboration, innovative teaching methods, and the integration of digital technologies, the programme aims to foster a global academic community capable of contributing to humanitarian action, One Health, and inclusive crisis management.
